By accessing or using Truss ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Truss provides a software-as-a-service platform that bridges purchase orders from builder portals and PDFs to your inventory management system (starting with Fishbowl). The Service includes AI-powered PDF parsing, SKU mapping, and order synchronization tools.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service, including your builder portal and Fishbowl API credentials. We store your credentials securely and use them solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have authorization to connect third-party systems.
You agree not to:
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
